Shipping policy

1. SMALL HARDWARE & FITTINGS (Australia Wide)
• Flat Rate Express Delivery: $25.00 AUD for orders under $800.00 AUD.
• Free Express Shipping: Complimentary standard/express shipping on all small hardware orders over $800.00 AUD.
• Delivery Timeframe: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery takes 2–5 business days via Australia Post or courier services (Signature required upon delivery).

2. BULKY GOODS (Bathtubs, Vanities, Sinks, Mirrors)
• Local SA Delivery: Bulky goods are available for delivery within South Australia via our specialized heavy freight network. Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your postcode ($120–$320 AUD).
• Free Local Pickup: Free collection is available from our Adelaide showroom/warehouse:
  Location: 18 Maple Avenue, Forestville SA 5035
  Collection Hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Please wait for your "Ready for Collection" email before arriving).
• Interstate Freight (Outside SA): Bulky items currently do not offer standard interstate shipping at online checkout. For interstate shipping inquiries, please contact our team for a custom freight quote prior to placing your order.

3. ORDER TRACKING & ISSUES
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please inspect all goods immediately upon arrival and report any delivery issues within 48 hours.
